How long does coconut water stay good for?

Standing on the side of the road in the scorching heat and eating a coconut is a refreshing experience. Not only that, coconut is also full of various beneficial ingredients. It contains antioxidants, amino acids, vitamin B complex, vitamin C, iron, calcium, magnesium, manganese, and zinc, among other beneficial ingredients. Many people also store coconut water and eat it. But do you know how long it can be consumed after extracting the water from the coconut?

Once opened, the taste and quality of canned water can change very quickly. You should consume the water within one to two days of extracting it from the can. The extracted water should be refrigerated immediately. It loses its quality when exposed to air. If you leave an open bottle in warm weather, the fermentation process will begin in just 2 to 4 hours.
