So if you want to keep your brain healthy, don't listen to music at high volume continuously. 

4. Spending too much time in the dark
Spending too much time in the dark prevents the brain from getting enough sunlight. This can lead to problems like seasonal affective disorder and depression. Getting outside regularly is essential if you want to keep your brain healthy. 

5. Negative Thinking
Negative thinking is a habit that can damage your brain. Constantly worrying affects mental health. It can cause problems like depression, anxiety, and dementia. 

6. Staying in front of the screen for a long time
, scrolling through your mobile phone or staring at your laptop is quite harmful to your brain. Try to take breaks every now and then and do other things. 

7. Less physical activity:
Being lazy is not only harmful to the body but also to the brain. Physical activity helps the brain cells to reach the right amount of oxygen and keeps the brain healthy.
