Onions burn when frying? Know 5 tips

- When chopping onions, try to cut them evenly. If you cut some onions thickly and some thinly, they will not fry evenly. If you cut them this way, the thin onions will fry first. The others will burn as they fry.
- The heat of the stove is very important when frying onions. Always fry onions on low-medium heat. If you increase the heat to fry quickly, you risk burning the onions.
- Add enough oil to the pan. Neither too little nor too much oil is good for frying onions. Add oil so that the pan is completely coated.
- Don't forget to stir the onions frequently while frying. Not that you have to stir them constantly. But if you don't stir them occasionally, the onions will burn.
- Be patient. Don't rush while frying the onions. The entire process of frying the onions should be completed slowly.
