When it helps to lose weight
If you eat dry fruits in moderation, then it can also help you lose weight. Suppose, you eat dry fruits as a breakfast. It will satisfy your hunger. You will get taste. It contains quite a bit of fiber. So you will not feel hungry for a long time. As a result, it will be easier to control the desire to eat other high-calorie unhealthy foods. Even if it is not possible to bring fresh fruits to the workplace all the time, you can easily keep a jar of dry fruits. Sometimes, eating delicious dry fruits will not make weight control seem too difficult. And you will also get some necessary minerals from dry fruits. Dates and raisins will contain iron. Apart from that, if you have nuts with dry fruits, you will also get essential fatty acids and some protein. However, roasted or fried nuts may contain harmful fats. They will also increase calories. So avoid roasted nuts. If tasting salt is given, that is also unhealthy.
